GREAT FEN PROJECT

A Britten Sinfonia publication of four Little Songs, each song celebrating an aspect of fen land from a child’s perspective, will be available early in 2010 complete with CD backing tracks featuring some of the orchestra’s regular musicians. The lyrics and music of these lovely little songs were created and performed during Jane’s 2009 residency for the Britten Sinfonia with Year 2s and their families at Ramsey Infant School in Cambridgeshire. The residency took place as part of Huntingdon District Council’s GREAT FEN project. Please email Jane - or Sophie Dunn at the orchestra: Sophie.Dunn@brittensinfonia.com - for further information about how to secure a copy.
